At Royal Touch Jewellery, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every piece of jewellery we create is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since our products are Gold Plated Jewellery (not pure gold), we want to ensure clarity and fairness regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting us through Instagram, Facebook, Website, or WhatsApp.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible.
2. Replacement & Warranty

All products come with a 3-Month Free Replacement Warranty.

If the product fades, breaks, or gets damaged under normal usage within 3 months, we will provide a free replacement of the same or equivalent product.

Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, mishandling, or exposure to chemicals/perfumes/water.

Normal wear & tear beyond the warranty period.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer/UPI.
4. Return Process

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details & issue.

Our support team will guide you for return pickup or courier.

Once received & verified, replacement/refund will be processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
